A healthy smile

I was a SmileDirectClub customer. What now?

If you were a SmileDirectClub customer in New Zealand and the service has

stopped, your first step is to arrange an assessment with a dentist or

orthodontist registered with the Dental Council of New Zealand. Only a

registered practitioner can examine your teeth and advise on what your

situation needs.

What can this page establish, and what can't it?

This page is a hub. It cannot access your account, payments, treatment

plans, or clinical records, and it cannot give clinical advice about your

teeth.

Routes for your situation

  • Treatment was left unfinished — start with the unfinished-treatment page.
  • Aligners no longer fit or cause problems — see the warning-signs page.
  • You need a replacement retainer — see the replacement-retainer page.
  • You want your records or need to raise a complaint — see the treatment

records and patient-rights pages.

Keep every document you have: records, invoices, correspondence, and any

plan or scan files. They help a new practitioner understand your history.
