This page describes what data The Aligner Guide actually collects and how
it is used.
Analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to
measure how pages are used. These tools collect page-visit data such as
pages viewed, approximate location, device, and referral source. They do
not give us your name, contact details, or health information, and we do
not ask for those through analytics.
Contact route
If you contact us through the editorial contact route, we receive only
what you choose to send: typically a name, email address, subject, and
message. Do not send medical or dental records, photographs, symptoms, or
other health information — we delete such content rather than use it.
Retention and rights
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond, and we do not
sell or share personal data. You can ask us to delete a message you sent
by contacting us through the same route.
No medical data
This site does not collect, store, or process medical or dental records.
